Bugatti logo, Bugatti emblem
Bugatti logo belongs to those which during its history have not changed in any way. The French car manufacturer Bugatti was founded in 1909 by Italian Ettore Arco Isidoro Bugatti, which is also the author of the logo.
The logo has an oval shape – this is an interpretation of pearl, 60 small pearls are the circles around the circumference. Such love of Ettore to precious jewelry is not casual. His father, Carlo Bugatti, was a professional jewelry designer, a painter; he also created the exquisite carved furniture. It is in honor of the father, of the talented jeweler, was designed such a logo.
In the center of the oval – the name and the brand name, and above the inscription – the stylized initials “EB” the company’s founder. Logo colors are also symbolic: red means passion and energy, black – courage and excellence of the products, and white – the nobility, elegance and purity.
It is worth noting that one of the Bugatti models except for the logo also had the statue “The elephant in the circus.” On the radiator tube of Royale Type 41, the most expensive car of the time, developed in 1926, there is the figure of an elephant, which was created by Ettore’s younger brother – sculptor-animal painter Rembrandt Bugatti.
